Day Two

So Happy Valentines Day every one! Happy makes singles feel shitty day!

So my day 2 disc was a cardio workout and it was mostly yoga. My knees are torn up so I need to buy a yoga mat. bad carpet, bad.

Still haven't gottin the junk food out of my home. And I got alot of chocolate and I don't want it. Really need to get healthy food tomorrow.
